Thank you for your interest in our Rhodes River Ranch Stallions!

To book a breeding to one of our stallions, all of the the following must be received by our office:

a. A completed transported semen contract
b. A completed mare and owner information form

d. A non-refundable booking fee of ($_____), (included in the stud fee), payable to Rhodes River Ranch

Collection & Shipping Fees:
 

• $250.00 collection and shipping fee per shipment (Fed-Ex or UPS overnight).

• $350.00 collection and shipping fee per shipment by airline counter to counter.

• $100.00 additional for same day service request.

Ordering Semen:
 

Orders must be phoned, faxed or emailed and must be received by the Rhodes River Ranch Office by 3:00 PM Pacific Time the day before collection and shipment is needed. Otherwise the same day service request fee will be applied.
 

NOTE: A Hamilton Thorne EQUITAINER will be used for the transportation of the shipped semen. Rhodes River Ranch requires a credit card number to be on file as a deposit in the amount of $375.00 for the Equitainer before any semen will be shipped. No charges will be incurred if the Equitainer is returned in good condition within four business days. There will be a $50.00 late charge per day if the Equitainer is not received within four business days.
